Thanks to the behind-the-scenes efforts of queer creators on shows such as Cartoon Network’s “Steven Universe” and Netflix’s “She-Ra and the Princesses of Power,” queer characters were increasingly front and center and thriving on screen, even in kid-friendly animation. Created by Dana Terrace, “The Owl House,” which is now available in its entirety on Disney+, follows Luz, a human teenager who stumbles into an alternate dimension known as the demon realm. A spunky, spirited fantasy lover with a penchant for getting carried away, Luz doesn’t quite fit in in the human world, so she decides to begin training as a witch rather than go back home. The series also won an award for Children's & Youth Programming at the 2021 Peabody Awards.

I'll try to explain some of the more scientific stuff because I literally couldn't write this without overthinking how this would work. There have been two constants in Luz's life, The Good Witch Azura and Iron Man. For as long as she can remember she has wanted to be just like the heroes she's read about and she was willing to do just about anything to reach that goal. Enter the Boiling Isles and suddenly she has a chance of reaching her dreams and she won't let anyone stop her. Welcome to my first Owl House-Multichapter-fic! This idea randomly came over me one night, and then I started writing it because I have an immense lack of self-control.

Kikimora (voiced by Mela Lee) is Belos' minion and essentially his secretary, often fighting people or giving out orders. Her hair resembles a hand clinging onto her head, and she wears a jacket that covers her mouth; a glimpse of her mouth is shown in "Clouds on the Horizon", showing she has two teeth. She rarely appears in season one, often contacting members of the Emperor's Coven. Luz stared at the naturally boiling water she was using to recharge the watch’s generator. King had long since fallen asleep, but the human was unable to. She opened her suitcase and there it was.

No matter how many other people disappeared forever into the afterlife, her family--two dorky but badass big brothers, one socially awkward but well meaning angel, and one gruff but loving uncle--always came back to her in the end. Luz bit back a sob as the memory of her uncle’s death forced its way to the front of her mind. The man who had raised her, protected her and loved her ever since she was a toddler, gone. Everything he had survived, and that stupid Leviathan finally managed to best him. The two characters Terrace had a grasp on earliest were the sharp and sassy Eda the Owl Lady (voiced by Wendie Malick) and the cute little demon King (Alex Hirsch).
Obviously she’d come visit this wonderful magical fantasy world with all of its terrifying monsters as often as she could. The two of them had not started out on the best terms, but slowly, Amity had softened up to her, and hidden behind that mean, cold demeanor was easily the most amazing person Luz had ever met. She’d never been quite as happy there as she was here. She’d miss everyone she’d met here so much. Meanwhile, life soldiers on in the Boiling Isles, but unbeknownst to Amity, her disappearance will radically alter the lives of those close to her.
These Lumity fics feature Amity and Luz romancing each other at Groms, proms, masquerades, and other fancy dancy social events. Lots of classical romance and stylish dress.
Series comprised of several multichapter pieces will also have a link to the first chapter of the most recent addition. “Well, human, care to take a look at my wares? ” the woman asked with a wide grin, showing off a normal looking fang opposite the gold one that poked out through her lips.
Flying on a staff was a lot different then the type she was used to. Being able to feel the wind on her face was new, so new that Luz refused to open her eyes after feeling the resistance. She was cut off by a humanoid being that had a large rotund build, and blue eyes with black sclera and pupils. They wore a gray long-sleeved shirt with brown gloves and a brown belt with a gold buckle, followed by black pants and brown boots. They had on a dark gray pointed mask. Luz briefly noticed the sword hanging on their belt.
